An admirable daily habit that I try to establish and cultivate within myself and in my life generally is- To seize a few hours of my day, reflecting upon my most recent, frequent habits which undoubtedly, determine the course of my life. Not fun at all times, but quite necessary for a better and wiser state of BEING. I decide whether I'm in alignment with my purpose or if I've gone off-course. I Pause and reflect upon these words that are shown right below. Basking in its rhythmical flow of words and poetic essence. Basking in it's newness in perspective and deeper meaning.
